2015 Conference

A day of insights and learning

Our 2015 Leading Impact conference, with its focus on embedding impact in your organisation, was a sell-out success. Our morning keynote speaker Matthew Reed, CEO at The Children’s Society, addressed the 100+ audience of charity leaders and spoke frankly about the challenges of leading change. He concluded that it was worth the slog because his organisation was ‘now walking taller’ as it is clearer about its impact on children’s lives.

Our final speaker of the day was Charity Commission Chief Executive, Paula Sussex, who challenged delegates to consider what difference they are making. ‘If your charity is no longer making an impact, it’s okay to call it a day’, she said.
